Jojan L. Malayil – A Passionate Consultant Committed to Delivering the Finest Spices and Aromatic Products.
Established in 1980, Aromatic Products began as a facilitator for farmers and upcountry dealers, providing warehousing and financial assistance. Over time, the company expanded into trading and exporting black pepper, following in the footsteps of Jojan L. Malayil’s great-grandfather, who founded his business in 1926 as a commission agent and exporter, operating successfully until the mid-1960s.
With over four and a half decades of experience in the pepper industry, Jojan L. Malayil has made a significant impact, not just in India but across major pepper-producing countries such as Brazil, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Madagascar, and Vietnam. As a consultant, he has been instrumental in sourcing high-quality spices and ingredients while adhering to the food safety laws and regulations of North America, the European Union, and the Asia-Pacific regions.
